What We Make

Our focus is on foundational foods that nourish the body and fit naturally into daily life.

Bread & Grain

Naturally leavened sourdough breads and long-fermented doughs made with carefully chosen grains and simple ingredients.

Preserves & Sweet Foods

Seasonal fruit preserves, raw honey infusions, and gently sweetened foods that honour the harvest without excess.

Savoury Preserves

Pickles, chutneys, relishes, and slow-cooked sauces created to extend the season and reduce waste.
