The Healing Practice
A space for restoration
A private healing practice offering quiet, embodied treatments for those seeking rest, regulation, and reconnection.
Here, healing is slow. Presence is central. The body leads.
All sessions are held with respect and care.
About the Practice
The Healing Practice is a sanctuary for nervous system restoration and embodied healing.
This work is grounded in scent, water, and presence — supporting the body’s natural ability to settle, release, and restore itself.
Sessions are held gently, without force or analysis, allowing change to emerge organically.
Releasing Stress, Trauma & Illness
Clarity and safety are part of the practice:
Non-bath sessions are conducted fully clothed.
Bath rituals are held privately on site, by appointment only.
This ensures a space where your body can relax fully, without worry, and healing can unfold naturally.
How the Work Helps – Clients come to The Healing Practice during times of:
exhaustion or burnout
emotional overwhelm
grief or transition
creative or personal disconnection
Rather than fixing or diagnosing, the work offers a regulated space where the body can return to its own rhythm.

The Sessions
Each session is held privately and by appointment only. Time is unhurried. Silence is respected.

Treatments may include:
guided ritual bathing (private, on site)
aromatic anointing (fully clothed)
breath and grounding
quiet holding (fully clothed)
No prior experience is required.

A Note on This Work
This practice is not a spa, nor a form of talk therapy.
It is a space of presence and embodied care.
Clients often describe feeling:
rested
clear
emotionally lighter
quietly changed
Boundaries and clarity are part of the healing: knowing what to expect allows your nervous system to trust, soften, and release.
The Healing Practice is for those ready to slow down, soften, and return to themselves.
